Hermida country manor is historical heritage with the monument category. It is one of the most representative places of Dodro. It had its origin in the 12th century with the construction of the Towers of Lestrove, with defensive function of the Ría de Arosa.
It was a stately home of the Galician nobility, with emblazoned shield. The Hermida manor house where the writer Rosalía de Castro and her husband Murguía spent long periods. The country manor was also a witness of the Agreement of Lestrove that agreed the constitution of Galician Republican Federation in 1930.
