Popular pilgrimage held on the 24th and 25th of July intimately linked to the Jacobean tradition and the figure of St. James.

It is celebrated around a chapel that bears his name and some rocks which, as the story cites was the place chosen by James the Apostle to preach to the local people.

In a wonderful setting perfect to spend a few days with your family and to enjoy bagpipers, big sardine grill outs, our well known bigheaded carnival figures, cornbread and other homemade specialties.

We strongly emphasize that in the afternoon of the 24th the great Asnal Derby takes place which is really influential and important to the people of Padron.
